Founder
Nataliya Kalava, CVA, ABV, MAFF is the founder of American Valuations in Tampa, FL. Ms. Kalava has more than 16 years of experience in the field of finance. Ms. Kalava holds the following professional designations: Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Accredited in Business Valuations (ABV), and Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF). Ms. Kalava's experience includes performing valuations for gift and estate tax planning purposes, financial reporting, SBA, litigation, and transaction purposes for domestic and international entities. Additionally, Nataliya worked at Equinix Inc., Humana Inc., BDO LLP, Sigma Valuation Consulting Inc., and PwC.
Ms. Kalava earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Business and Management with a Minor in Finance and a Master of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Tampa.
Before starting her own firm, Nataliya worked at Equinix Inc. (HQ in Redwood City, CA), Humana Inc. (HQ in Louisville, KY), BDO LLP (New York, NY), Sigma Valuation Consulting Inc. (New York, NY), and PwC (Tampa, FL). Ms. Kalava serves as a Chief Financial Officer at Araliya Global Enterprises LLC, dba Tampa PainMD www.tampainmd.com and Ultrasound Experts www.ultrasoundexperts.org. Ms. Kalava is the co-founder and managing member at NAMBRI Technologies LLC www.nambri.com.
Nataliya served as a Chair for the Valuation Credentialing Board (NACVA) and as an Editorial Board Member at QuickRead Business Valuation Publication (NACVA). Additionally, Nataliya served on the Board of Directors for Business Transition Council of Tampa Bay, a not-for-profit organization https://btctampa.com.
Additionally, Ms. Kalava served as an Adjunct Finance faculty member at the University of Tampa, teaching corporate finance and investment courses to undergraduate students. Ms. Kalava organized a variety of Continuing Legal Education (“CLE”) courses on business valuation topics, accredited by the Florida Bar.

Brianna (McKown) Solito, CVA
Managing Director
Brianna Solito is the Director at American Valuations. Mrs. Solito appraises a variety of companies ranging from small businesses to large corporations for purposes related to gift and estate tax planning, sale, litigation, and SBA financing purposes. These valuations span across several industries, including but not limited to construction services, manufacturing, professional services companies, and retail businesses.
Before joining American Valuations, Brianna worked as a Credit Analyst at Ford Motor Credit Company. She gained several years of experience in credit decisions, risk analysis, and portfolio management. She routinely worked with dealership personnel from Miami, Orlando, New York, New Jersey, and Boston. Prior to Ford Credit Company, Brianna worked as a Quotation Analyst/Staff Accountant Coordinator for Wendover Art Group.
Brianna graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. She graduated with honors distinction from the Genshaft Honors College and was a recipient of the Global Citizens Award for her time spent studying at the Florence University of the Arts in Florence, Italy.
Christa Vutera
Office Manager
Christa Vutera is the Office Manager at American Valuations. Christa is in charge of all administrative functions as well as management, marketing, event planning, quality control and community outreach efforts. Christa has years of experience as an executive assistant at Ryan Companies US and as a Director of Administrative Services/Executive Assistant to the CEO, CFO and CNO at Advent Health.Christa holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Saint Louis University.
Tim Roverts
Valuation Analyst
Tim Roverts is a Valuation Analyst at American Valuations. Mr. Roverts’ experience includes performing valuation analysis and consulting-related services for transaction, business planning activities, acquisitions, tax planning and compliance purposes for companies located primarily in the United States and throughout a variety of industries. Mr. Roverts has eight years of experience in the fields of accounting and finance.
Prior to joining American Valuations, Tim worked as a both a Senior Tax Accountant and as a Senior Transaction Advisory Consultant for multiple public accounting firms. Tim also has a background in private equity where he oversaw post-merger integration for seven companies in the facilities maintenance sector, with combined revenue of over $300M.
Tim graduated from the Patterson School of Accountancy (a top-ten accounting program) at the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.
Victor A. Torres, MAI
Principal/Real Estate Appraiser
Victor has been providing exceptional commercial appraisal services since 2012, completing projects across Puerto Rico, Georgia, South Carolina and Florida. Specializing in residential subdivisions, multi-tenant retail facilities, triple net facilities, ground leases, industrial properties, proposed facilities, and single-tenant office/retail facilities. Mr. Torres offers \comprehensive range of commercial and residential appraisal services, including appraisal reports, reviews, litigation support, and portfolio valuation. Mr. Torres’s team of certified general appraisers and MAI members possess a deep understanding of the processes and challenges of the commercial real estate market, enabling the team to deliver results that are accurate, impartial, and of the highest quality and integrity. Mr. Torres is dedicated to meeting and exceeding the expectations of his clients with his superior service and expertise.
