ORDER BUSINESS VALUATION

To order a business valuation, please complete the forms below. Upon submission of your completed order form, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

We will confirm that we received your order and will email you an engagement letter to e-sign and return. A retainer invoice will be emailed to you; once paid, your order will be engaged. The remaining balance will be due prior to us issuing the draft/final report. If you have any questions, contact us.

Gather Documents:

  1. Tax Returns (5 years)

  2. Year-to-Date Income Statement (P&L)

  3. Balance Sheet as of the Valuation Date

  4. Company’s Legal Documents (By-Laws, Articles of Incorporate, Operating Agreement, etc.)

  5. If the valuation is for the SBA lending purposes, submit an executed / draft purchase agreement or letter of intent to purchase

  6. Completed Qualitative Questionnaire (Download from Above)
